residents of the development were not happy about
this. One day as Jenny ventured out of the water
looking for some tasty green grass in a mans newly
planted yard, the unthinkable happened. The man
grabbed her up and broke both of her wings. Jenny
started honking like crazy and a witness said poor Jinx
was doing circles around her and kept running his
head up and down her back trying to help her. How
horrible the pain must have been. We were called a
couple of weeks later to take them. This sweet old
couple now kick back in the kiddie pool and eat lots of
lettuce.
It's a good thing that I was not the one who witnessed
this man doing this, however he will pay the ultimate
price from someone higher than all of us on this earth.
